It is really difficult for Hindu activists to resist the itch to harass their Christian brethren. They make sure that there is always something handy to browbeat them in this unholy game.

Hardly had the dust raised by the attack on the pastor of the Independent Church at Berrikkai in Hosur district settled down, when a bunch of Hindu zealots, reportedly belonging to the Bajrang Dal, seized the land at Sakleshpur in Hassan district used by Christians of all denominations for burying their dead. “Why bury your dead?” This seemed to have been their unexpressed question.

But the story did not end there. Rev. Praveen Paul, one of the pastors, rushed to the place upon hearing about the sacrilege.  He gently tried to learn what drove them to seize the land that had been used by local Christians to bury their dead. However, gentleness being alien to them, the mob seized him by his collar and thrashed him badly. It was again time for the aicc to play the Good Samaritan.  They rushed to the place and filed an FIR against the so-called practitioners of Hindu culture and its values.
