The Council is financed by the freewill gifts and offerings of its members, Christians throughout India, and concerned citizens everywhere.

Donations are used for projects such as:

-- Sponsoring conferences to train Christian leaders about their civil rights
-- Relief for both natural and man-made disasters
-- Rebuildling churches that have been vandalised or destroyed
-- Expenses of fact finding teams which are dispatched when attacks on Dalits or minorities occur
