Holy Cross vandalised in Karnataka PDF Print E-mail

ImageBangalore: Activists belonging to an outfit belonging to the Sangh Parivar has allegedly vandalised the Holy Cross at Mundolli in Batkal of Karnataka, with the Christian community raising a hue and cry over the incident and seeking immediate action against the culprits. 

The Holy Cross, placed on a hill close to Mundolli, has been a pilgrimage centre for the devotees of all faiths for many years. According to the Breaking News of Kannada TV 9, a part of the Holy Cross has been damaged. The police are investigating the case.

Sources say this has been done to create disturbance in the area. All India Christian Council has condemned the vandalisation of the Cross and demanded that the police act fast to arrest the culprits at the earliest.
